My name is Dan Carroll and I am the Occupational History teacher. I am glad you are visiting my page and please send me an email with any comments or concerns. Feel free to visit my Google Classroom page. https://classroom.google.com/h. Here I often post questions for the day and provide instructions for students. It is my goal that students gain a rich understanding of how America has grown to be one of the greatest countries in the world. It is my hope that all students leave with a greater understand of their country's rich past. I expect that they will leave with a strong understanding of their government and a willingness to participate it in it.
As far as myself, I am originally from Valdosta, GA. There I attend Valdosta State University and received a bachelors in Sociology, Early Childhood Education. Upon graduation, I moved to Asheville, and attended Western Carolina University for a Master's degree in Special Education. I am currently certified in the elementary education, History and special education. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, working on old cars and getting out to the lake for some water skiing. I look forward to meeting you and am sure we will have a wonderful school year!
